Additionally featured in this new photograph release seems to be a site plan for the Great St James island, located in the Caribbean US territory.
Epstein acquired a more modest island - the Little St James - back in 1998, but later purchased the bigger adjacent island in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.
The released images indicate he had created ambitious plans to develop the sprawling island by constructing living quarters, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a reservoir.
Marked on the drawing is a local waterway, a marine passage in the territory, marked on the bottom right.
This development map is annotated in handwritten red notes and contains a legend detailing various sections of the estate.
Alongside this are what appear to be nine other construction diagrams and architectural plans, featuring plans for marina coverings.
